We are striving to improve the service experience by adopting the concept of service design.
Service design is viewed as increasingly important year by year in BtoB systems development. With a different approach than development methods up until now, this method is based on the value of customer experience and focuses on efforts to raise the experiential value as a service through the process of research, ideation, prototyping, implementation, and so on. By focusing on experiential value, we will propose and realize a sustainable business that is not just about functionality and efficiency.
Details of Initiatives
We have adopted the framework of service design to introduce and implement service design in our in-house developed products. Furthermore, we offer development proposals that incorporate UI/UX designs for external companies.
