Our Customer Service Center safely and reliably operate the crucial systems of our customers in our data center for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In February 2009, we opened a new data center equipped with advanced security equipment.

    High-security center design
    • Suspicious individuals are blocked by a multi-level security line up to the machine room, including entrance gates, biometric authentication equipment and card readers.
    • Because the monitoring room and the media storage room are in a location that can be accessed without passing through the machine room, the security of the machine room can be maintained at an even higher level.
    • The center is equipped with surveillance cameras and a system for managing the entering and leaving of persons.

    Infrastructure equipment supporting the continuity of business
    • Highly earthquake-resistant facilities protect the equipment inside.
    • Air conditioning and power source are designed in a redundant configuration to be prepared for any failure of the main facilities.
    • The facilities are highly resilient against damage from earthquakes, thunderstorms, floods, etc. and infrastructure failures such as power outages or a disrupted water supply.

    • The system provided by this service is designed and developed in our company-internal development department, and taken over as is for the operation phase in our center, where we will operate it with responsibility, providing you with a secure and highly reliable service.
