About "Customer Service Center"
Corporate information systems are becoming more and more important as the foundation of corporate management. Unexpected system outages and failures will not only pose a problem for the company, but also affect society to a significant degree.
Our Customer Service Center safely and reliably operate the crucial systems of our customers in our data center for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In February 2009, we opened a new data center equipped with advanced security equipment.
Feature 1High-security center design
- Suspicious individuals are blocked by a multi-level security line up to the machine room, including entrance gates, biometric authentication equipment and card readers.
- Because the monitoring room and the media storage room are in a location that can be accessed without passing through the machine room, the security of the machine room can be maintained at an even higher level.
- The center is equipped with surveillance cameras and a system for managing the entering and leaving of persons.
Feature 2Infrastructure equipment supporting the continuity of business
- Highly earthquake-resistant facilities protect the equipment inside.
- Air conditioning and power source are designed in a redundant configuration to be prepared for any failure of the main facilities.
- The facilities are highly resilient against damage from earthquakes, thunderstorms, floods, etc. and infrastructure failures such as power outages or a disrupted water supply.

- The system provided by this service is designed and developed in our company-internal development department, and taken over as is for the operation phase in our center, where we will operate it with responsibility, providing you with a secure and highly reliable service.

Housing / Hosting Service
In this service, we keep the information systems of our customers in our data center and provide comprehensive support including safe and secure data operation and management.
We offer "housing services" providing system operation using our customers' mainframe and peripheral equipment, as well as "hosting services" providing system operation using the mainframe of Saison Information Systems.
Integrated Monitoring Services and Optional Services
Customers of our "Housing / Hosting Services" can also benefit from our "Integrated Monitoring Services" or "Optional Services".
When introducing our "Integrated Monitoring Services", our customers will no longer need their original monitoring systems and can thus cut costs for system construction and operation.
